What is collected

If you send the form: your name, phone number, ZIP code and whatever you write in the details box. Alongside it the form records which page you landed on, which page you were on when you submitted, the address that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you arrived through. Nothing else.

If you call: the number is a tracking line, so the call is logged and may be recorded by the call-tracking provider. That is how a call is matched to the site it came from.

Where it goes

To the independent removal operator whose territory covers your ZIP, so they can call you back, and to the operator of this site. That is the entire distribution. Your details are not sold, rented, traded, or passed to a marketing list.

What is not collected

No account, no password, no payment details. Payment happens between you and whoever does the work, and none of it passes through this site.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a small first-touch record in your browser so that a form sent on a later page still carries the page you originally arrived on. It is used for attribution and nothing else.

Keeping and removing it

Submissions are kept while they are useful for following up a job and resolving disputes about one. If you want yours deleted, say so on the phone or in a reply and it will be removed from this site's records. What the operator keeps in their own books is theirs, and you would need to ask them.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the change appears here. There is no mailing list to notify.
